 Deposit & Payment
A one night deposit including tax and surcharge is required to confirm space. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations will be automatically cancelled if either payment is not received. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled more then 30 days prior to scheduled arrival without penalty. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of scheduled arrival forfeit all monies received.
